Suzy Stevenson, Chief Executive of Royal Holloway Students’ Union, would like to take this opportunity to inform local residents about the Summer Ball:

“We’re incredibly excited to host students at our annual Summer Ball which will take place on Friday, 2 June.

As the event features outdoor music performances, it will be located in the South Quad of Founder’s Building to reduce the risk of noise disturbance. The event will commence at 8pm with a curfew of 6am.

“As with any event of this type, we will be liaising with our partners at Runnymede Borough Council to ensure that any noise disturbance is kept to a minimum. We will conduct regular sound monitoring throughout the local area throughout the night.

“We would like to take this opportunity to thank the residents’ associations of both Egham and Englefield Green for their continued support and understanding.”
