Teresa Boughey MA FCIPD is the CEO of Jungle HR and founder of Inclusion 247, known for her leadership in diversity, equity, and inclusion. As a TEDx speaker and author of the bestseller "Closing the Gap – 5 Steps to Creating an Inclusive Culture," Teresa's work has significantly impacted the promotion of diversity within organisations.

Her leadership roles include serving as a Senior Independent Director of an NHS Trust and a Non-Executive Director for a Natural Environment Consultancy, where she focuses on inclusive and sustainable practices. Teresa is also a Business Board Member and Chair of the ESG Workstream for the Women and Enterprise All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG), advocating for inclusive economic policies. Additionally, as a UK Ambassador for UN Women, she commits to global gender equality and empowerment.

Teresa's influence extends to media appearances on platforms like the BBC Sunday Politics Show, Forbes, and The Sunday Times, establishing her as a key voice in diversity and inclusion. Her achievements, including being named one of the Top 100 Female Entrepreneurs and 'Most Influential Businesswoman of the Year,' highlight her contributions to the field.

Her leadership at Jungle HR and Inclusion 247 has resulted in the creation of award-winning Inclusion Accelerator programmes, setting standards in the HR sector for embracing diversity and sustainability as central to organisational success. Through her various roles, Teresa demonstrates effective guidance for organisations aiming for inclusive and sustainable transformations, contributing to the advancement of diversity and inclusion in the business landscape.
