Co-founders Anica Zeyen, Royal Holloway University of London (UK) & Oana Branzei, Ivey Business School, Western University (Canada), are very excited to announce the launch of a global, accessible, and fully-virtual initiative building community of inquiry at the intersection of (dis)abilities and organising.
The Spring Institute is multi-disciplinary and multi-method, using an allyship model that connects international faculty and participants (PhD students, post-doctoral students, and early career researchers interested in better understanding abilities in organizational settings).
