Dr Chris Megson, Reader in Drama and Theatre in the Department, has won the College’s inaugural prize for Doctoral Supervision.

Dr Chris Megson, Reader in Drama and Theatre in the Department, has won the College’s inaugural prize for Doctoral Supervision. This Award recognises outstanding achievement in the mentoring, support and supervision of PhD students and in enhancing their learning environment. Chris’s application – which included written testimonials from former supervisees - focused on his extensive experience of PhD supervision, and his commitment to supporting the work and well-being of research students in the department and college. Chris’ application has now been submitted for the national Times Higher ‘Outstanding Supervisor of the Year’ award.
