The Global Women Petroleum & Energy Club Awards have been recognising excellence in oil, gas and energy every year since 2000 and one of their aims is to provide a platform for women in the upstream petroleum sector. Annually they select a woman in the industry that is demonstrating leadership in her field. This year that award goes to Selma.
