The Academic Fellowship programme was established to foster a closer relationship between the practising Bar and Academia. Dr Eugenio Vaccari’s appointment as Academic Fellow is effective from October 2023 for a 5-year period.
Dr Eugenio Vaccari (Senior Lecturer in Law) has recently been appointed as Academic Fellow of the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple. The Academic Fellowship programme was established to foster a closer relationship between the practising Bar and Academia.
Dr Eugenio Vaccari’s appointment as Academic Fellow is effective from October 2023 for a 5-year period. He joins Dr Irene Antonopoulous as the second member of the Department of Law and Criminology in holding such prestigious role.
In his role, Dr. Vaccari will be required to carry out several tasks, including giving lecture and talks to the Inn’s students, contribute with articles and papers to the Middle Templar journal, and generally assist with the Inn’s Access to the Bar Scheme.
Dr. Vaccari hopes that his expertise in English and cross-border corporate insolvency law, and particularly on the treatment of financially distressed local entities in the UK and abroad, will contribute to and enrich the academic and professional debate within the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple and its members.
