Professor Rosie Meek’s research with prisons has been showcased in a book celebrating the impact of psychological research on policing and crime.

Rosie’s work on the role of sport and physical activity in prisons, and her reflections on the government review she led on the topic in 2018, appears as one of nine chapters in the book “Making an Impact on Policing and Crime: Psychological Research, Policy and Practice”. Published today by Routledge, the book documents “how psychologists’ insights have been adapted and developed to offer effective solutions across the criminal justice system”.
