How long will the service last? The service will be approximately 1-hour 30-minutes long.
Is there parking available? Please have a look at our website for information on how to find us and parking including blue badge parking: https://www.royalholloway.ac.uk/about-us/more/how-to-find-us/parking-on-campus/
Do I have to bring my ticket to the event? As the service will be fully booked, please ensure that you have all tickets. Only those with tickets will be admitted. A digital ticket is fine.

What time do the doors open? Doors open at 5.15pm. There will be no access to the Chapel before 5.15pm as there will be rehearsals taking place. This is a fully ticketed event, therefore please allow plenty of time to get parked and walk to the Chapel.
What is the refund policy? As tickets are free there is no refund available, however as the demand is very high, please notify us if you have requested tickets that you no longer intend to use as we have a large waiting list for tickets and it's frustrating that we turn people away, only to see empty seats on the night. We are going to monitor attendees so if tickets aren't used this year, any application for tickets next year will be declined.
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event? No ID is required. There is no age limit to enter the event, however it is a formal service and may not be suitable for small children and infants. Children will need a ticket.
Is there reserved seating? There will be some seating reserved for guests of the university, but these will be clearly marked. You are welcome to sit in any of the unreserved areas.
