Living Sustainably is one of the greatest challenges facing humanity and our relationship to the natural world.
We face a series of intersecting challenges from energy transition and food security to ensuring that communities around the world have the resources to enable their health, well-being and even survival.
Our researchers are working with partners around the world to investigate the drivers of unsustainable activities and to respond by co-developing innovative solutions. We are working to develop opportunities for all communities to use resources more sustainably and to be part of healthy communities.
Our research is funded by the UK government, international agencies, and other third parties. Our work is co-designed with the communities we engage with and we are committed to sharing the results of our work with all relevant parties.
There are many ways we can help and we welcome engagement with existing and new partners:
- Work with us to create and fund research projects that will make a real difference to communities and regions
- Join us in co-developing plans for sharing knowledge and understanding
- Contact us if we can help you develop and deliver training and support in areas pertinent to living sustainably.
