Social programme

In addition to your weekly module field trip, we've organised a host of activities to ensure that you make the most of your time in the UK

These include:

  • A welcome party and guided walking tour of campus
  • A weekend trip to either Oxford or Cambridge and another English city such as Bath or Brighton
  • An evening pub quiz at The Packhorse
  • A tour of Royal Holloway's Picture Gallery
  • A walk around Windsor Great Park or Virginia Water

Most of the activities above are included in the price of the Summer School programme but some will incur a small charge.

At weekends, you can make the most of Royal Holloway’s proximity to central London and historic Windsor with all the entertainment and heritage sites they have to offer. You may even consider exploring a little further afield in the UK, as central London is an excellent base from which to travel.
