The Techne consortium comprises nine universities in London and the South-East through which we have awarded 57 AHRC studentships each year across a range of arts and humanities disciplines.  

Techne DTP has now run its final studentship competition and the students starting in October 2025 will be the final cohort.

Techne provides: 

• Varied disciplinary and interdisciplinary training and networking opportunities

• Collaborative engagement with Partners in the cultural and other sectors

• Additional training and opportunities to develop skills in innovation, critical thinking, creativity and communication
