Using our Team Kinetic online system, you can create opportunities and even manage volunteers. We are looking forward to hearing from you.

Invitation to Recruitment Events
We hold recruitment events throughout the year exclusively for our Community Partners, such as the Festival of Volunteering. We also have opportunities throughout the year for your organisation to have a stall on campus.
Access to our Volunteer Management System
Use our online management system to post new opportunities, connect with volunteers and advertise your events. Each registered organisation will receive their own bespoke page on the system that you can use for promotion.
Invitation to our biennial Partners conference
Every two years we hold a conference for our community partners on campus to help you learn more about student volunteering at Royal Holloway. In the past the conference has featured keynote speakers from NCVO, Step up to Serve and Voluntary Support North Surrey.

Hear about Royal Holloway Volunteering news, campaigns, events or achievements throughout the academic year.
Invitation to regular Community Partner Forums
Attend regular partner forums held on campus to discuss the current challenges facing the local and national voluntary sector, exchange experiences and meet new contacts.
Invitation to attend our annual volunteer awards
Each year we celebrate the amazing work of our volunteers at a formal awards ceremony. Representatives of our community partners are invited to attend.
Access to Academic Schools
Royal Holloway Volunteering works closely with academic schools, so if you are interested in promoting specific projects we can help. If you are interested in having a student in a volunteer intern role that forms a part of a course, we may also have these sort of opportunities in the future.
