Welcome!
At Royal Holloway, we’re united in our response to the climate and biodiversity crises.
We declared a climate emergency in 2019 and our University strategy, RH2030s, commits us to embedding environmental sustainability across everything we do.
This includes:
- Promoting Education for Sustainable Development across the curriculum to equip our community with the skills to mitigate the climate crisis.
- Supporting the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals through research and partnerships.
- Achieving Net Zero.
- Continuing waste reduction.
- Improving water efficiency.
- Increasing biodiversity and climate resilience on campus
Please explore our Environmental Sustainability web pages to find out more about our progress and the people who lead our work.
