Open Days are the best way to get a feel for life at university.
Plan your day
Take a look at the Open Day guide before arriving to find out when and where things are happening - please note that exact details of talk timings and locations will be confirmed closer to our next event.
Attend a wide range of talks
We have academic department and general talks running all day, giving you information about your chosen course and the support we offer. Talks are repeated morning and afternoon so you’ll be able to attend as many as possible.
Go to the subject zones
You’ll get to talk to a leading academic in your field of interest and ask any questions you may have about your course.
Meet current students
Have a chat with our current students and find out more about your course, clubs and societies, accommodation, and anything else that you may like to know about university life.
Go on a student led tour
Our student ambassadors will show you around our beautiful campus, so you can see where you may live and what the facilities are like.
Visit accommodation
You’ll get to tour some of the accommodation and speak to students living on campus to see what options may suit your needs.
Try out interactive sessions
Get involved in any interactive sessions that are offered in specific departments, such as robotics demonstrations and laboratory exercises.
